There are industrial realities so rooted in their territory that they seem to be one with the land, but there are also companies so dynamic that they seem to be one with the concept of speed. It is precisely to meet the needs of the latter that we have developed easily transportable cabins.
Being able to pre-treat or paint a piece anywhere means having the possibility of temporarily relocating a small plant. If this was unthinkable until a few years ago, and is still difficult to achieve for larger pieces, it is now a reality for pieces up to 2 meters in size.
Using a standard naval container as a structure, it is evident that the possibility of transporting the plant is decidedly simplified. This means for companies to be able to respond to various needs:
- Transport the structure from one side of the company to the other;
- Bring the shotblasting or painting processes directly to the construction site, reducing waiting times and transport costs of the pieces to be painted;
- Avoid making large investments in rented or non-definitive warehouses;
- Expand or modify the plant later.
Portable shotblasting or painting booth
It is from these needs that we have developed special blasting rooms made from standard naval containers.
The system can be transported to the processing site simply with a standard-sized truck, allowing shotblasting operations to be carried out in closed, protected environments that comply with legal regulations.

Transportable powder coating system, with suction wall and oven
In recent years we have also created real powder coating plants inside standard naval containers which include a suction wall and an oven for the polymerization of the powder paint, positioned opposite each other with a central space and side access from the outside, to carry out painting, handling, and piece loading/unloading operations.
Suction wall and oven are connected by means of an overhead conveyor, able to move the pieces to be painted by means of a hanger, obtaining a real transportable painting system.
