Companies operating in the Oil & Gas sector must comply with very stringent technical and regulatory standards which require accurate planning and detailed checks. The natural corrosion to which the materials of the pipes and structures are subjected requires rigorous treatments to overcome this problem and guarantee systems that are qualitatively perfect and long-lasting.
Taking into account the aggressive conditions, marine environments, temperature changes and the presence of aggressive chemicals in many Oil & Gas plants, we have recently built this new painting plant.
The liquid painting plant
The painting plant built for the Italian company active since 1976 in the industrial plant engineering sector which deals with the prefabrication of piping and mechanical structures ( spool ) in the sector, is equipped with:
- two sandblasting cabins with total grit recovery system;
- a metallization booth ;
- three manual liquid painting booths, one of which is equipped with an oven function for drying ;
- an overhead conveyor with 4 automatic transfers
- 2 lift stations ;
- platforms for the lighter pieces and trolleys with tracks for the heavier valves.
