We recently installed this rotational system, specifically for the pre-treatment and painting of flacons and glass bottles, for a multinational company that supplies the biggest brands in the cosmetics market.
This multinational company had already turned to us for the construction of a pre-treatment system for their German factory, aiming at fully internalising the production process, and now they have chosen Eurotherm once more for a twin painting system for their Brazilian factory.

The painting system supplied by Eurotherm
The surface pre-treatment system we have supplied includes a cycle made up of the following:
- Brushing
- Ionisation
- Flaming
- Primer painting
- IR Flash-off
- IR drying
- IR pre-heating
- Gas oven baking 200°C
- Cooling
