In the play area sector, the quality of the paintwork plays a crucial role not only from an aesthetic point of view, but above all to guarantee the safety and durability of the structures . The Cartesian powder coating plant
The system consists of four main elements:
- Shotblasting booth with shot recovery system : before painting, the pieces are treated in the shotblasting booth, an essential step to prepare the surfaces for coating because it allows the removal of any impurities and oxidations, ensuring a perfectly clean surface ready for painting. The shot recovery system also ensures an efficient and sustainable sandblasting process, reducing material waste and optimizing operating costs.
- Powder coating booth : it is the heart of the painting process that offers a high quality aesthetic finish, but also guarantees greater resistance to atmospheric agents and wear, particularly important for products intended to be installed outdoors, such as street furniture and playground structures.
- Polymerization oven : after the painting phase, the parts pass into the polymerization oven, where, thanks to a precise temperature control, the powder melts and transforms into a solid, durable and resistant coating. The advanced temperature management system ensures a uniform polymerization cycle, minimizing defects and optimizing energy consumption.
- Manual overhead conveyor : the system includes a manual overhead conveyor, which allows for easy transport of parts from one phase of the process to another, simplifying the production flow and reducing handling times. Manual management of the conveyor allows for direct control over the positioning and transport of parts, easily adapting to operational needs.
