When a company decides to internalize painting , it often does so to improve quality control, reduce costs and speed up deliveries. However, many companies, by outsourcing painting, often find themselves sending back parts due to poor quality of painting, with a significant delay in delivery and a significant cost.
However, the idea of running your own paint shop can be daunting.
“Will we be able to use it to its full potential?”, “How can we guarantee quality results right from the start?”, “Will we be able to prevent problems and bottlenecks?”: these are some of the most frequent questions that companies have asked us over the years and it is, first and foremost, to them that we wanted to answer.
From the perplexities of companies that found themselves starting in-house painting, the painting training service that Eurotherm provides to its customers was born . A support that comes to give a clear answer to all the questions that may arise during the use of the painting system that we provide.
Thanks to our various permanent painting systems, with which we paint all our structures internally, we are able to provide a practical training service , on manual and automatic painting systems. A value-added service, reserved exclusively for companies that purchase Eurotherm painting systems.
A practical and personalized approach
Following the installation of the system, Eurotherm welcomes the workshop manager and the painting team directly to its painting plants for a 4-5 day practical course.
During these days of practical training, the staff of the hosted company:
- directly paints different types of pieces, learning the techniques of time and method management, and simulating what will be the management of real internal production.
- understands the broad capabilities of the system to learn how to fully exploit the functionality of all systems and achieve concrete results.
- learn the essential treatments that concern the plant : not only painting, but also maintenance, management of chemicals in washing plants, mixing paints, management of grit and the adjustments necessary to avoid errors and improve the quality of the final product.
A high-performance painting system requires correct management and routine maintenance of the system itself . Eurotherm training also delves into some fundamental aspects such as cleaning and chemistry (checking the correct parameters is crucial to avoid defects in painted pieces), the adjustment of paint guns based on materials and colors, and mixing colors to prevent chromatic variations so as to have uniform results in the finished product.
A a completely practical approach that allows participants to acquire specific skills that prevent errors, failures or drops in productivity.
Eurotherm Painting Plants: 360° Assistance
We strongly believe that our systems can make a difference in the painting sector and for this reason we are committed to ensuring that the companies that choose us can fully exploit all the features of their system.
For this reason the course is reserved exclusively for our customers so that we can guarantee a dedicated service where Eurotherm is not a training body, but a partner that collaborates with its customers for their growth.
In fact, it will be important for the team to know how to move in the painting process as well as to manage the plant in terms of prevention and maintenance to minimize the risk of production downtime.
At the end of the training, a certificate will be issued that certifies the training received at the end of the course, but the goal for Eurotherm is to provide companies with “the tools” for the handover, necessary to correctly and quickly start the internal painting with safety and competence to transform the investment of the painting system into a competitive advantage .
