The specifics of the customised washing cabin supplied by Eurotherm
This washing cabin, supplied to a major German multinational company, comes with some completely customised features:
- Automatically opening roof for easy access to the parts through the overhead crane;
- Three-sided balcony with access ladder to simplify washing operations from above;
- Side suction towers to better distribute vapour aspiration;
- Under-grid liquid recovery pits, buried around the perimeter, to contain and reuse washing liquids.

Because the first one was also entirely tailor-made, taking as a reference in this specific case not the available space, but rather the requirements in terms of the size of the pieces to be processed and the specific handling by overhead crane, while always keeping in mind the production rate, the work flow and the optimisation of personnel.
