Compact system for the automatic painting of brake drums for an automotive multinational

This very compact painting system has been expressly made for painting the brake drums of motor vehicles.

The system consists of a preheating of the pieces through an infrared oven, followed by robotic painting and final curing in a tunnel oven.

The completely automated painting system is equipped with a camera with a “Vision” system for the automatic recognition of the pieces which, during the loading phase, recognizes the component and communicates the program to be used to the painting robots.
