When we say we build coating systems that are completely tailor-made, we are not joking: our aim has always been to understand what the company’s current (and often future) needs are, as well as to find innovative solutions to:
- Optimise the company’s production cycles.
- Achieve quality painting.
In this case, the powder coating system – in order to be truly optimal for the customer – needed to feature a permanent lift station inside the spray booth.
The customer’s priority was in fact directed in three directions:
- on the one hand, they needed a powder coating that was aesthetically in line with the aesthetic standards demanded by today’s market,
- on the other hand, they wanted to increase the safety and ergonomics of the working environment for the painting workers.
- They also wished to speed up the painting process.
Freedom of movement, automation and speed were the three key words that led to the need of creating a painting system with the addition of a lifting station inside the spray booth.
This made it possible for the operator to easily reach all parts of the machinery to be treated in total safety and without the aid of ladders or inherently dangerous elevated platforms.
