We have delivered, through our dealer Larius, a brand-new automatic powder coating line for the company Louis Moulin, a leading manufacturer for the production of outdoor decorations for gardens, terraces and balconies at home.
It was an honour to take part in a project for a company that cares so much not only for the aesthetics of its products, but also for the environment. It was in fact essential for Louis Moulin to have an automatic painting line that met their high-quality standards in terms of the end result of the product, but was also more sustainable from an energy point of view.
The new automatic system includes:
- monorail overhead conveyor for automatic movement of the parts.
- 5-stage washing tunnel with passivation, reverse osmosis and softener, created in collaboration with our technical partner Aertech France.
- In-line drying tunnel after washing.
- PVC painting booth with automatic cleaning system and rapid colour change with cyclone and colour centre.
- Reciprocators equipped with latest generation automatic spray guns for greater paint savings.
- Latest generation curing oven with heat recovery to limit consumption.
