It was 2015 when this major multinational company, a long-standing player in the automotive, aerospace and pharmaceutical filter sector, approached us to build a 4-stage pre-treatment tunnel with an integrated rotating belt parts conveyor system.
It was in 2022 when the same company contacted us again to order the same machine to upgrade their current production.
That’s because after testing what it means to use a fully customised system, it is impossible to go back! Improving production flows, perfect integrating within the company, reducing processing times and optimising resources are the goals Eurotherm sets when building its systems, yet they are also the practical translation of customers’ needs.
From 2015 to 2022: same customer, same system, but doubled productivity, we are honoured to be part of this development!

In detail, it is a conveyor belt washing and drying machine for automotive oil filters with a very complex cycle:
- Hot phosphate degreasing
- Blowing
- Rinsing with demineralised water

- Constant drying at 150°C
- Forced cooling
