The pressurised spray booth consists of:
- a suction wall with double dry filtration,
- an activated carbon filtration box.
Pressurisation is controlled via a pressure switch acting on the fan’s inverter
The heating/drying function is carried out through electric batteries, without the use of a gas burner. The air taken from the treatment unit is heated and fed back into the cabin via dampers with servomotors with a recirculation system.
This way, a constant air recirculation is created that allows 60°C to be reached without the use of gas, but only with electricity, leading to considerable energy savings and lower costs.
