With a 20 foot shipping container you can… have a small powder coating plant!
In this case it wasn’t a lack of space: the company that turned to Eurotherm really needed to always have everything needed for painting at hand. The transportability of the system was the priority and for this reason we created this mini-system inside a standard naval container: painting anywhere is no longer so difficult.
Delocalization, speed and functionality are the basis of this mini-painting plant composed of:
- oven equipped with electric battery,
- suction wall equipped with a small forepart and absolute filter,
- elevated monorail for hanging and transporting pieces.
For immediate use, two three-phase electrical connections are sufficient for a total of 20kW (including the thermal heating of the oven) and a connection for compressed air (necessary to carry out the self-cleaning of the dust cabin cartridges) and voilà… l the powder coating plant is served.
