Our journey into the automotive world continues and this time we present to you this new plastic headlight detensioning oven .
To facilitate the transportability of the system, we have designed an oven built from two overlapping parts :
- The lower part houses the loading bays of the pieces on transport and unloading trays after the cooling phase,
- The upper part, insulated, is made up of the detensioning oven where the heating takes place via electric batteries and the temperature is constantly ensured and controlled via six probes.
The two parts are connected by an automatic variable speed step-by-step chain conveyor which, via special trays on which the plastic lenses to be heat treated are loaded, lifts and transports the pieces along the treatment line.
The entire system is entirely managed via PLC .
