The company that turned to us needed to have a shot blasting system that could be easily relocated to allow it to treat the pieces from different places, depending on the projects and orders. For this reason we have recently set up this micro-plant for shot blasting inside a naval container consisting of: - internal walls covered with anti-abrasive rubber and watertight casings to protect the internal lighting lamps; - pit for the recovery of the grit on the flooring surface which allows suction with a special industrial vacuum cleaner and reintroduction into the sandblaster tank for immediate reuse of the grit. With a 20 foot shipping container you can… have a small powder coating plant! In this case it wasn't a lack of space: the company that turned to Eurotherm really needed to always have everything needed for painting at hand. The transportability of the system was the priority and for this reason we created this mini-system inside a standard naval container: painting anywhere is no longer so difficult. Delocalization, speed and functionality are the basis of this mini-painting plant composed of: - oven equipped with electric battery, - suction wall equipped with a small forepart and absolute filter, - elevated monorail for hanging and transporting pieces. For immediate use, two three-phase electrical connections are sufficient for a total of 20kW (including the thermal heating of the oven) and a connection for compressed air (necessary to carry out the self-cleaning of the dust cabin cartridges) and voilà… l the powder coating plant is served.
