„SMART“ powder painting system

This manual powder painting installation, with an overhead transport system for the pieces, is very flexible as it is particularly suitable for the treatment of semi-finished products of different sizes and different colors at the same time.

This particular configuration, custom made according to the specifications required by the customer and the space available, has been designed to handle components up to 13 meters long and 2.500 kg of weight.

The overhead transporter moves the components hanging in the various processing areas: from the loading area equipped with a lifting station to the powder painting booth and the curing oven, it then places them in the storage area for unloading and packaging.

Each machine is equipped with an operator panel and management software connected to the company network to meet the modern needs required by Industry 4.0.
