Power & Free liquid painting system

For a major French company in the construction and industrial field, specialised in the production of formworks for the building industry, we supplied a Power & Free liquid painting system with automatic paint application by robot.

The painting system is power & free, with an automatic overhead bi-rail conveyor that pulls the workpiece through automatic doors that divide the different processing zones.

The machinery supplied by Eurotherm:

• 2-stage washing tunnel
• Drying tunnel 100°C
• Vertical flow pressurised painting booth with paint application
• De-solvation tunnel (Flash-off)
• Drying oven 80°C
• Power & free bi-rail overhead conveyor
