Rotational coating system for cosmetics

We recently installed a new rotational coating system for the cosmetics sector . We could spend hours watching the bottles and cosmetic bottles being sprayed… luckily our new rotational painting system does all the work.

The system, designed for the liquid painting of plastic bottles and bottles with a very high production rate, is entirely tailor-made and is composed of:

1. Manual loading and unloading on an inverted conveyor
2. Brushing
3. Ionization
4. Flaming
5. Primer painting – Base coat
6. Flash-off in IR tunnel
7. Finish painting – Top coat
8. IR oven drying

Production rate of 2,670 pieces/h; 60,000 pieces/24 with an excellent aesthetic result.
