Know-how
Our plants guarantee performance and durability, and we support our customers with lifetime support over the life of the plant.
Paint plants are constantly put under pressure due to the shocks and vibrations they experience during each processing, which can cause wear and tear, resulting in a decline in plant performance, malfunctions, or breakdowns.
Therefore, we have structured ourselves to provide targeted support to address the various issues that can occur during the life cycle of our plants.
Maintenance
Scheduling preventive maintenance on a yearly basis is of paramount importance to avoid problems that if neglected can evolve into more serious and costly situations and force periods of forced downtime.
Preventive maintenance covers a series of checks that can extend the life of the plant, maintain efficiency and ensure work safety.

Assistance
Eurotherm has an emergency response system to ensure that a technician will be out within 24/48 hours domestically and abroad.
Remotely
We provide phone and email support to understand the problem and help you solve it. In many cases, our technicians’ guidance is sufficient to proceed with the repair on your own, so you can get going again quickly.
On-site
We have teams of specialized technicians for on-site interventions in Italy and abroad. We offer assistance on both mechanical and electrical parts to effectively cope with any system malfunction.
Spare parts
We have major plant components generally subject to wear and tear, which can be quickly replaced directly by the customer to avoid production downtime.
Design
Analyzing and understanding the customer's production needs and examining the structural constraints of the production site is the starting point of every Eurotherm project.
As professionals who have been active in the industrial painting industry for more than half a century, we are acutely aware of the issues that can impact production outcomes. Improperly sized plants or those equipped with poor hardware result in missed results and missed opportunities. Incorrect calculations on production volumes and errors in evaluation on the various process steps, can result in a mismatch between reality and expectations on the finished product.
The type of material and design of the parts to be painted; the effect one wishes to achieve in terms of both aesthetics and function with special finishes and treatments; the need to automate or manually manage certain process steps, are some of the variables to be taken into account in the stages preceding the structuring of the plant.
After interviews with the customer and site inspections, executive design leads to the definition of the various elements that make up the coating line and the setup of any automated management systems.
Automation
The implementation of a PLC enables the work process to be enhanced and simplified through advanced machine programming tools that allow the painting equipment to communicate with the production line and management software, and to benefit from tele-services such as remote assistance.
The programmable logic controller or PLC is a specialized computer system for managing or controlling industrial processes. Consisting of a CPU for centralized data processing and a number of sensors implemented on external modules for receiving information from individual machines, the PLC is capable of performing complex tasks with maximum flexibility.
By digitizing and automating the functions and performance of the plant, the PLC is also a valuable tool for: monitoring and verifying the status of the machinery, with the possibility of direct access to the service department in charge of routine and extraordinary maintenance of the site; acquiring and recording data in real time to optimize production.
-
01
Functionality
Cabins, tunnels and ovens evolve into intelligent machines capable of performing all the operations required by the process automatically and in total autonomy, adapting to multiple industrial needs.
-
02
Customization
Production characteristics, quality of finish, and the customer’s production goals are variables we take into account in order to offer highly customized solutions that can be integrated with the rest of the automation in the production plant.
-
03
Usability
The simplified interface makes it easy to use even by unskilled operators and allows for intuitive handover if necessary, reducing the need for specialized training through the use of an integrated management system.
-
04
Connectivity
The presence of the standard remote assistance module built into our PLCs is an additional guarantee for timely troubleshooting of problems or malfunctions, minimizing production downtime.
Training
The technical preparation of personnel employed in painting lines is essential to avoid incorrect behavior that can compromise the proper functioning of the plant and the safety of workers.
That is why we provide our customers with specialized training courses on the use of Eurotherm systems for industrial painting.
