CUSTOM DESIGN

Our powder coating systems are made with the specific needs of the company in mind: from the type of parts to be painted to the space available, from the quality of the desired finish to the material to be treated.

Sandblasting Booth

Sandblasting pretreatment using metal grit, stainless steel grit or other abrasive material is essential to remove oxidation, scale, paint or other impurities and is a key step in ensuring the surface has the degree of roughness necessary for subsequent painting. Eurotherm blasting booths are equipped with Clemco blasting machines and can integrate total or partial grit recovery systems.

  • Tough and durable, with abrasion-resistant rubber-coated walls
  • Silent, with sound insulation from 80 mm mineral wool panels
  • Safe for operators, thanks to industrial dust filtration systems
  • More efficient, thanks to in-cabin grit recovery systems

Free jet blasting systems allow manual blasting on metal surfaces such as steel, aluminum and brass, as well as glass and ceramics. Abrasive recovery systems reduce waste and preparation time for further processing.

Entirely customizable in size and functionality to accommodate large artifacts, they are equipped with filtration systems for industrial dust suppression and strategies for acoustic insulation.

Automatic Washing Tunnel

During washing, through the chemical aggression of solvents and detergents, surfaces are prepared for subsequent powder coating. The treatment is carried out by passing the loaded parts on the overhead conveyor inside the automatic washing tunnel, where the distribution of the jets from the spray nozzles is oriented so as to entirely hit the surfaces to be washed. Eurotherm automatic washing cells and tunnels are capable of continuous operation due to closed hydraulic circuits for recirculation of liquids and can be integrated within manual, step-by-step, and automatic painting systems by means of suitable overhead conveyor system for the parts.

  • High customization of wash cycle up to 6 steps
  • No discharge to sewer and release of pollutants into the environment
  • No contamination between process fluids with dedicated skids per phase
  • Less waste with closed-loop systems

Fully customizable in size and functionality, they can accommodate artifacts of any shape and size. In case of limitations or structural impediments of the target site, installation can take place without construction work.

Manual Wash Cabin

Eurotherm manual washing booths are mainly used for washing operations of metal components or semi-finished products by means of a high-pressure pressure washer with phosphodegreasing solution and subsequent rinses, and can handle parts of different shapes and sizes simultaneously. The fumes and vapors created during washing by the pressure washer are captured by the suction wall while the sprayed liquids end up in the recovery pit.

Powder Coating Booth

Eurotherm powder coating booths enable safe and highly professional powder coating. The constant air flow in the booth via forced aspiration prevents the saturation of dust in the working environment while the high filtering capacity of the suction wall prevents the dispersion of dust to the outside.

  • Total customization according to painting requirements
  • Clean air in the cabin, thanks to forced ventilation of the suction wall
  • Less noise, thanks to insulated walls and roof and sound-absorbing panels
  • Optional automatic powder coating recovery system

Baking and drying ovens

The curing oven placed at the exit to the paint job is essential to allow the paint to adhere evenly and to prevent irregularities from forming on the surface of the part. The drying oven is essential to remove residual water from the parts following washing operations. In manual systems, the same oven can be used for both drying the parts and baking the paint. Generally fueled by natural gas, LPG or diesel fuel, they can alternatively mount electric resist to reach temperatures up to 250°, in case very high quality productions.

  • Customized size according to customer needs
  • Hybrid power supply (gas+electric) for optimized consumption
  • Heating efficiency and thermal insulation
  • Energy saving and heat recovery systems

Air transporter

The overhead conveyor is the connecting element between the various machines in the coating plant and allows the part to proceed sequentially through all processing stages. Workpieces hanging from the conveyor girders are moved without ever having to be detached to increase plant efficiency and reduce downtime between processing. The loading area can be accessorized with a lift station that allows the gondola to be raised and lowered to facilitate the loading and unloading of parts from the line.

The choice of the most appropriate overhead conveyor for production needs is closely related to the type of plant.

MANUAL IMPLANTS

Impianto-di-verniciatura-a-polvere-trasportatore-manuale

For small to medium production runs, with variability in parts and colors.

Loading and unloading operations and workpiece handling are handled manually by the operator, who steers the workpiece transport scales to the workpiece processing area.

AUTOMATIC AND SEMI-AUTOMATIC PLANTS

Impianto-di-verniciatura-a-polvere-trasportatore-automatico

For large series production with standard processes.

The automatic single- or bi-rail conveyor and the absence of doors demarcating different work zones help to maintain a continuous workflow.

Automation

Our management software is designed to control the painting process and simplify work through advanced programming tools that relate the painting equipment to the production line and the company's management software.

Design

Improperly sized plants or those equipped with poor hardware result in missed results. Incorrect calculations on production volumes and errors in evaluation on the various process steps can result in a mismatch between reality and expectations on the finished product.

Analyzing and understanding the customer’s production needs and examining the structural constraints of the production site is the starting point of every Eurotherm project. Taking into consideration the type of material and design of the parts to be painted; the effect to be achieved in terms of both aesthetics and function with special finishes and treatments; the need to automate or manually manage certain process steps; the structuring of the plant, i.e., the definition of the elements that compose it, is carried out.
