Dans ce contexte, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est bas\u00e9 sur des rev\u00eatements polym\u00e8res dont l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est atteinte que par une cuisson dans des fours \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, aux alentours de 250 \u00b0C. Enfin, une entr\u00e9e d&rsquo;air filtr\u00e9 et une unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;extraction g\u00e8rent l&rsquo;\u00e9change d&rsquo;air dans la zone de refroidissement des pi\u00e8ces. <\/p>\n<p>Ces solutions techniques sont issues de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;Eurotherm dans la conception de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/fr\/produits\/fours-de-sechage-durcissement-et-detensionnement\/\">fours de s\u00e9chage et de durcissement<\/a>, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour assurer l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 thermique, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 une cha\u00eene de peinture existante et con\u00e7u pour fonctionner en continu en trois \u00e9quipes, le four de cuisson sur mesure a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et install\u00e9 en un temps record, en profitant de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de production estival de deux semaines du client.
