Ensuite, la couche de base est appliqu\u00e9e, suivie d&rsquo;un flash-off de 24 minutes \u00e0 40\u00b0C. Une fois le premier flash-off termin\u00e9, la couche de finition est appliqu\u00e9e avec un vernis liquide au moyen d&rsquo;un pistolet mont\u00e9 sur un bras robotis\u00e9, suivi d&rsquo;un second flash-off \u00e0 40\u00b0C d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de 16 minutes, et le cycle de travail se termine par une cuisson dans un four \u00e0 90\u00b0C pendant 56 minutes, et deux phases de refroidissement, forc\u00e9 et naturel. Toutes les phases et tous les param\u00e8tres de production peuvent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el via les panneaux de contr\u00f4le.   <\/p>\n<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"row mb-5\">\n            <div class=\"col-lg-6\" style=\"color:var(--text-color);\">\n                <h3><p>Syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et durabilit\u00e9 des processus<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n                <p><p>L&rsquo;installation automatique de rev\u00eatement liquide est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de boutons d&rsquo;arr\u00eat d&rsquo;urgence, le travail ne reprenant qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une man\u0153uvre manuelle de d\u00e9marrage, afin de garantir une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maximale \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur pendant chaque phase de traitement.
