Son histoire, qui remonte aux ann\u00e9es 1920, est synonyme d&rsquo;un travail de la plus haute qualit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est pourquoi l&rsquo;exigence \u00e9tait claire d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part : <strong>fournir un traitement thermique de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9 pour les lentilles et les phares automobiles.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9 un four de d\u00e9tensionnement dans lequel la pi\u00e8ce est \u00e0 une<strong>temp\u00e9rature uniforme<\/strong> tout au long du cycle avec une<strong>uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature de \u00b12\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du four se trouvent pas moins de <strong>six sondes de temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>, trois de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, qui contr\u00f4lent en permanence le processus. Le four est chauff\u00e9 \u00e9lectriquement pour garantir une efficacit\u00e9 maximale et des performances ad\u00e9quates. <\/p>\n<p>Les tiroirs, con\u00e7us pour accueillir 36 lentilles, sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9s pas \u00e0 pas dans le four \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature constante de <strong>85\u00b0C pendant 12 minutes.<\/strong> \u00c0 la fin du cycle, ils reviennent dans la zone d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, ce qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur de charger et de d\u00e9charger facilement les lentilles. <\/p>\n<p>Le four de d\u00e9tensionnement est \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un <strong>panneau de commande avec un double panneau op\u00e9rateur<\/strong> pour permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur de visualiser toutes les donn\u00e9es du processus en temps r\u00e9el, de sorte qu&rsquo;il est constamment sous contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<h2>Optimisation en fonction de l&rsquo;espace<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 du traitement \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du four de d\u00e9tensionnement \u00e9tait un d\u00e9fi majeur, compte tenu de l&rsquo;espace limit\u00e9 disponible. La r\u00e9duction de la taille de l&rsquo;installation a rendu la<strong> gestion des flux d&rsquo;air<\/strong> encore plus complexe. <\/p>\n<p>La phase de refroidissement se fait naturellement sans for\u00e7age ; \u00e0 la fin du processus, les lentilles reprennent leur position initiale, ce qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur de d\u00e9charger les pi\u00e8ces en m\u00eame temps qu&rsquo;il les charge.<\/p>\n<h2>Four de d\u00e9tensionnement monobloc : un d\u00e9fi logistique<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les exigences, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 livrer un four de 7 m\u00e8tres de haut et de 2 m\u00e8tres de large, qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une manutention en deux \u00e9tapes : levage du sol par camion-grue et positionnement dans la zone de travail par chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 fourche.  <strong>permet au client de le d\u00e9placer \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;usine \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur standard.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Un d\u00e9tail qui am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;ergonomie<\/h2>\n<p>Dans la zone de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement manuel des lentilles, nous avons install\u00e9 un <strong>bouton <em>\u00e0 retour tactile <\/em><\/strong>(visible sur les photos) qui sert \u00e0 r\u00e9initialiser les barri\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
