L\u2019enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure d&rsquo;un lanceur se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre d\u2019une importance cruciale, compte tenu des forces et de l&rsquo;usure auxquelles elle est soumise, Eurotherm \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la conception et la construction d&rsquo;une cabine de contr\u00f4le et d&rsquo;inspection pour les cloisons externes du lanceur spatial Ariane 5 de l&rsquo;ESA.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"swiper-gallery-dida\">\n<div class=\"swiper-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/01-1030x773.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/04-639x1030.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/03-1030x578.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/04-1-639x1030.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"h1 d-block\">Un syst\u00e8me automatique pour le secteur a\u00e9rospatial<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, Eurotherm a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me automatique de levage et de transfert des composants vers les diff\u00e9rentes zones de l&rsquo;usine, capable de d\u00e9placer chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment sans affecter sa surface.<\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00e9tail qui n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9gligeable, puisque les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du lanceur \u00e9taient non seulement courb\u00e9s, mais mesuraient 5 m\u00e8tres de long, 3 m\u00e8tres de haut et 5,4 m\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre !<\/p>\n<p>Pour mettre en perspective un tel exploit : d&rsquo;un objectif initial de recherche, le lanceur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 vers le monde commercial. Ariane 5 est en effet utilis\u00e9e pour mettre en orbite des satellites, des microsatellites et de petites charges utiles exp\u00e9rimentales, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour mettre en orbite le t\u00e9lescope James Webb.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le chiffre le plus impressionnant est celui des ressources. Le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;Ariane 5 a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 dix ans de travail et 7 milliards d&rsquo;euros d&rsquo;investissement.
