Chez Eurotherm, nous pensons qu’il s’agit d\u00e9sormais d’un aspect essentiel, \u00e0 tel point que cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’introduire<\/strong> une technologie avanc\u00e9e comme caract\u00e9ristique de base<\/strong> sur tous nos fours, et nous travaillons \u00e0 l’int\u00e9grer par d\u00e9faut sur toutes nos cabines de peinture, de sablage et de lavage \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n

Alors que dans le pass\u00e9, nos fours de s\u00e9chage et de durcissement sur mesure avaient un panneau de commande \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique avec un contr\u00f4leur de temp\u00e9rature et une minuterie s\u00e9par\u00e9s comme base, \u00e0 partir de la fin de 2022, le mod\u00e8le de base d’Eurotherm a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers un mod\u00e8le de panneau de commande enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9rique via un PLC SIEMENS<\/strong>.

Les d\u00e9tails du panneau de commande num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n

Les fours de s\u00e9chage et de durcissement Eurotherm de 2022 sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de s\u00e9rie :<\/p>\n

  • d’un panneau de commande num\u00e9rique avec PLC Siemens<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n
  • d’un \u00e9cran tactile complet<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n
  • d’une disposition pour l’int\u00e9gration des param\u00e8tres requis par le Plan d\u2019Industrie 4.0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Une nouveaut\u00e9 qui t\u00e9moigne non seulement de l’\u00e9volution des m\u00e9thodes et des technologies de production, mais surtout de l’\u00e9volution des besoins des clients, qui donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l’interconnexion des syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 la ligne de production et aux logiciels de gestion<\/strong>.

    Comment fonctionne le logiciel de contr\u00f4le ?<\/h2>\n

    La v\u00e9ritable innovation r\u00e9side dans le fait que le logiciel de contr\u00f4le peut \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9 en fonction des exigences du client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Pour Eurotherm, qui met l’accent sur la personnalisation de chacune de ses installations, il s’agissait d’une \u00e9tape fondamentale afin de pouvoir fournir un produit fini v\u00e9ritablement sur mesure. C’est pourquoi nous avons r\u00e9cemment ajout\u00e9 deux experts en programmation de logiciels \u00e0 notre personnel, afin de pouvoir exploiter la configuration du PLC en toute autonomie, m\u00eame \u00e0 distance<\/strong>, pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tous les besoins actuels ou futurs.<\/p>\n
