Une <strong>n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 environnementale, sociale et \u00e9conomique<\/strong> qui se traduit par la r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;impact environnemental, tout en r\u00e9duisant la consommation des processus de production.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements historiques r\u00e9cents voient une augmentation disproportionn\u00e9e de la taille du poste budg\u00e9taire concernant le co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. L&rsquo;importance de garder ce poste sous contr\u00f4le est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9vidente, et <a href=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/fr\/installations-de-peinture-a-faible-cout-energetique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>chez Eurotherm, les installations de rev\u00eatement \u00e0 haut rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sont une priorit\u00e9<\/u><\/a>. En effet, il est possible de combiner des formes de production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie provenant de sources diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi m\u00eame les installations de peinture, connues pour leur forte consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, sont oblig\u00e9es de poursuivre cet objectif. Eurotherm, par le biais de son d\u00e9partement de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement, a con\u00e7u des <strong>syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;hybridation de pointe pour relever le d\u00e9fi de la ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques de l&rsquo;industrie<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/forni-ibridi-eurotherm.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Fours hybrides pour les installations de rev\u00eatement Eurotherm<\/h2>\n<p>Une solution propos\u00e9e par Eurotherm ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es est le d\u00e9veloppement de fours hybrides. Dans le domaine du traitement de surface, la <strong>cuisson des peintures dans un four est certainement l&rsquo;une des op\u00e9rations qui a le plus d&rsquo;impact sur les d\u00e9penses \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d&rsquo;une entreprise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;Eurotherm ont con\u00e7u une <strong>solution de cuisson qui combine les deux syst\u00e8mes de chauffage, gaz et \u00e9lectrique<\/strong>, au sein d&rsquo;un m\u00eame appareil.<\/p>\n<p>Le four hybride est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Eurotherm gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un br\u00fbleur \u00e0 gaz m\u00e9thane dans une veine d&rsquo;air \u00e0 laquelle est ajout\u00e9e une bobine \u00e9lectrique avec modulation au moyen d&rsquo;un relais statique. Le four est port\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 200\u00b0C gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la puissance du br\u00fbleur, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9teint une fois la temp\u00e9rature atteinte. L&rsquo;installation comprend deux cabines de peinture en poudre et une cabine de peinture liquide, deux fours de cuisson hybrides et une cuve d&rsquo;accumulation finale pour le s\u00e9chage des composants.<\/li>\n<li>Pour une multinationale automobile qui utilise l&rsquo;aluminium pour le traitement thermique des moulures de voitures, nous avons install\u00e9 un four au Mexique \u00e9quip\u00e9 de portes guillotines et d&rsquo;un convoyeur de transport des pi\u00e8ces, et un deuxi\u00e8me four en Italie.
