Colors, textures, shine and shapes speak even before the content, decisively influencing the purchasing experience and it is for this reason that <strong>the finish must be perfect <\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are talking about excellence, and it is essential. And it is precisely for this degree of precision that Cometa asked us to design and build this new UV painting system.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"swiper-gallery-dida\">\n<div class=\"swiper-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/BackStage_RosyGlow_Mood_Quatuor_3000x3000-1030x1030.webp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Amouage_Odyssey_KV_Guidance_Unbranded_4-5-824x1030.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>The ultra-precise UV coating system<\/h2>\n<p>Cometa is a point of reference for brands looking for exclusive, innovative and recognisable packaging and the new <strong>high-productivity UV coating line <\/strong>has been designed for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>support the company&#8217;s production growth <\/strong>and future goals;<\/li>\n<li>offer <strong>versatility on small, medium and large formats <\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>ensure <strong>repeatability, efficiency and absolute aesthetic quality <\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>integrate <\/strong>with the existing line, optimising times and handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new plant is in fact placed alongside the existing line, integrating perfectly into the plant thanks to a <strong>compact layout <\/strong>with an <strong>inverted conveyor <\/strong>and loading\/unloading stations in the same area.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>processing speed <\/strong>is <strong>6 metres per minute <\/strong>, ensuring productivity and continuity in line.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/20241031_Nouvelle-ligne_AntoineLeo.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Work every surface, at every stage<\/h2>\n<p>The part preparation cycle is designed to obtain a perfect surface, which is essential for the subsequent <strong>metallization treatment <\/strong>, where even the smallest defect would be amplified.
