Next, base coat application is carried out, followed by a 24-minute flash off at 40\u00b0C. Once the first flash-off is completed, the top coat is applied with liquid paint by means of a gun mounted on a robotic arm, which is followed by a second flash-off at 40\u00b0C lasting 16 minutes, to conclude the work cycle with baking in an oven at 90\u00b0C for 56 minutes, and two cooling phases, forced and natural. All stages and production parameters can be monitored through the control panels in real time.   <\/p>\n<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"row mb-5\">\n            <div class=\"col-lg-6\" style=\"color:var(--text-color);\">\n                <h3><p>Safety systems and process sustainability<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n                <p><p>The automatic liquid coating plant is equipped with emergency lockout buttons, with processing resuming only after a manual start-up maneuver, to ensure maximum operator safety during each processing step.
