The <strong>transportability of the system <\/strong>was the priority and for this reason we created this mini-system inside a standard naval container: painting anywhere is no longer so difficult.<\/p>\n<p>Delocalization, speed and functionality are the basis of this mini-painting plant composed of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>oven <\/strong>equipped with electric battery,<\/li>\n<li><strong>suction wall <\/strong>equipped with a small forepart and <strong>absolute filter,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>elevated monorail <\/strong>for hanging and transporting pieces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For immediate use, <strong>two three-phase electrical connections are sufficient <\/strong>for a total of 20kW (including the thermal heating of the oven) and a <strong>connection for compressed air <\/strong>(necessary to carry out the self-cleaning of the dust cabin cartridges) and voil\u00e0\u2026 l the powder coating plant is served.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"swiper-gallery-dida\">\n<div class=\"swiper-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/01-Container-for-powder-painting-1030x773.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/02-Container-for-powder-painting-1030x773.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"swiper-slide\">\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/03-Container-for-powder-painting-1030x773.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With a 20 foot shipping container you can\u2026 have a small powder coating plant!
