Basically, you have two possibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you outsource one or both operations (with all the related consequences);<\/li>\n<li>you turn to Eurotherm for a customised solution!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That&#8217;s how this <strong>all-in-one shot blasting and liquid painting cabin <\/strong>was born.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"respimg-cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/1-Shotblasting-liquid-paintung-booth.jpg\" alt=\"Eurotherm\" title=\"Eurotherm\"><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>A single cabin for both blasting and painting: the system supplied by Eurotherm<\/h2>\n<p>We have recently designed and installed this <strong>2-in-1 cabin in which you can both sandblast and liquid paint<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Two independent suction systems<\/h3>\n<p>The booth is equipped with <strong>two independent suction systems<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>During the blasting phase, the <strong>external dust collector filter unit<\/strong> comes into operation, which sucks in the dust that is created during the sandblasting process, through the two grids on the back wall, while the suction wall for liquid painting is protected by a specific door covered in anti-abrasive rubber.<\/li>\n<li>During the painting process, the <strong>suction wall with dry filters and the roof heat generator<\/strong> are activated, while the external filter unit is deactivated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Switching between the two phases<\/strong> is done by pressing a simple button on the touch-screen control panel and by opening or closing a special pre-insulated door lined with anti-abrasive rubber that serves to protect the liquid suction wall during the blasting phase.<\/p>\n<p>Is that it? Precisely.
