It is in fact starting from the production requirements that our technicians have designed an <strong>entirely tailor-made, fast and effective painting system<\/strong>, based on the available space and the company&#8217;s growth and quality goals.<\/p>\n<p>The new liquid painting system consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automatic transport system by overhead conveyor with non-stop feed.<\/li>\n<li>Oven for preheating the pieces to 50\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shared spray booth for primer and finish<\/strong>, with vertical flow.<\/li>\n<li>Drying oven for primer at 50\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Drying oven for finish at 60\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The advantages of having a single shared spray booth for primer and finish<\/strong> consists, first and foremost, in a saving on installation costs (only one booth instead of two) and a reduction in the cost of a single building work (for vertical suction under the floor).
