\nEurotherm lands in the UK with our first automatic line and does so thanks to the synergy with the strategic partner P.F.S.<\/u><\/a>creating a modern and innovative automatic painting system: the absence of heating in the pre-treatment tunnel contributes to an extremely reduced “carbon footprint” as well as significant energy savings during the working year.

The painting plant consists of:<\/h2>\n

  • Overhead monorail automatic conveyor;<\/li>\n
  • Single-phase on-line Ecojet tunnel: COLD SINGLE-STAGE pre-treatment technology, VOC-free, without rinsing or pre-degreasing, without creating sludge or wastewater to be disposed of, developed for the preparation of metal surfaces for painting.<\/li>\n
  • On-line oven for drying after washing;<\/li>\n
  • On-line oven for powder curing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Now that we have broken the ice, we are ready for the next plant in England which will be put into operation this summer. Stay tuned!<\/em>
