\nWashing machine equipped with automatic transport system consisting of swivel plates that move step-by-step<\/strong> according to the programmed work cycle.<\/p>\n

On the conveyor, the holder trays move with automatic a parts rotation system.<\/p>\n

For the internal washing of the artifact, an automatic operating system was created which introduces the washing nozzle to the inside of the piece to degrease.<\/p>\n

There are also two workstations for manual washing<\/strong> and the control of the pieces.<\/p>\n

Each washing stage is isolated by means of automatic water-tight doors.<\/p>\n

For the hot degreasing tank an electric heater is provided, each tank is also equipped with extractable filters to facilitate maintenance operations.<\/p>\n

The washing cycle is composed as follows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  3. 3Rinse demineralized water<\/li>\n
