Within a standard 40 ” container we inserted a curing oven up to 250 \u00b0 C with gas power supply and a suction wall for powder coating, connected by an overhead transport system.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this system you can reach your client or transport the container wherever you want.<\/p>\n

The system allows you to powder paint the parts hanging from the flight bars and then move them into the oven for curing, by simply pushing the flight bars on the overhead conveyor.<\/p>\n

The loading and unloading of the parts is guaranteed by a large 4 hinged swing door on the container side.<\/p>\n

To complete the equipment an LED internal lighting system, centrifugal aspirators, a filter plenum for air reintegration and an emergency door.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
