A made to measure oven, for the evaporation of the processing oil on parts, completely automated with conveyor belt for step-by-step movement of the pieces in three steps and consisting of 3 distinct zones:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. First area for the evaporation at room temperature of processing oil, built in pre-insulated sandwich panels with forced air intake and automatic rolling doors<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Curing chamber at 200 \u00b0 C for oil evaporation, with an air recirculation system, suction filters and vapor extraction; Consisting of galvanized steel panels with a 150mm rock wool insulation, gas burner and two painted galvanized guillotine automatic doors again with 150mm internal insulation.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Post cooling chamber and residual steam disposal, consisting of pre-insulated sandwich panels with forced air intake and automatic rolling doors.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
