\nWhen we are asked what Eurotherm’s core business is, we answer that we are able to respond to the needs of any customer. Usually a challenge arises and, usually, we are able to exceed even the expectations of the most demanding customers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the case with this manual powder coating system for which we have implemented our highly customer-oriented approach<\/strong> and a good dose of creativity. Because offering unique solutions <\/u><\/a>means thinking in a collateral way, but also having a very high mastery of the technical-industrial tools at our disposal.<\/p>\n

For this reason, each painting project presents unique and specific challenges: banning price lists with “unique sizes” and banning standard lines, in Eurotherm the high customization of systems is a reality.

The customer’s request for the painting plant<\/h2>\n

If the company’s mission is the “production of any type of detail<\/strong> obtainable through turning, milling, grinding and carpentry” it is clear that “any type” has a very specific weight in their activities.<\/p>\n

It is from here that the Eurotherm customization process began, guided by a methodical approach, which includes:<\/p>\n

    The manual painting plant made by Eurotherm<\/h2>\n

    The choice of a manual painting system<\/strong> was almost mandatory, given the possibility of adapting in a highly flexible manner to pieces of any size or shape.<\/p>\n

    The other challenge was that of the space available to the company<\/strong>. In fact, Eurotherm technicians managed to use all the space available.<\/p>\n

    And finally a gem: the lowered structure supporting the runways between the oven and the booth<\/strong> for easy movement of the pieces hanging on the sliding racks.<\/p>\n

    The result? Unique.
