In the world of industrial production, innovation is the key to success. Eurotherm had the opportunity to collaborate with a leading company in the metallization industry, building a rotary coating plant for cosmetic packaging complete with all process steps.

Advanced finishes

Metallization represents the client company’s key treatment, which promises to be able to create a very thin and innovative metallic layer on objects of any material and shape. The metallization booth has been placed in line with the rest of the treatments and is the centerpiece of the entire rotary line; in addition to it, the plant is equipped with four painting booths.

Reduced timelines

The plant is designed to provide the flexibility to process cosmetic packaging of different materials and shapes, with the goal of maintaining a consistent level of quality despite high production volumes. The reverse-type automatic conveyor that moves the parts through the various process steps ensures that each product receives uniform, high-quality treatment, optimizing production and reducing processing time for each job.
