Automatic line for liquid painting of spray caps and paint can lids

The automatic line was made for liquid painting of spray caps and paint can lids.

It’s a versatile line with quick color change system able to process both small and large series of pieces.

The automatic line consisting of:

• a dry suction wall with automatic spray guns,
• paint preparation room,
• infrared drying system,
• customized workpiece support for each element to be processed,
• touch screen interface to facilitate the operator’s work.
