Custom made painting lines
Processes
Pretreatment. Coating. Finishing.
The size and quantity of parts to be painted, materials, types of paints, and color changes are key variables in properly configuring and sizing the paint plant. Equally crucial are the desired quality of the finish and special surface treatments.
Powder Coating
For very thick surfaces and metal fabrications that require matte and not particularly smooth finishes. Powder coating plants are available in manual configuration for small batches, many color changes and flexible work cycles, and in automatic configuration to speed production and optimize energy consumption.
Liquid Paint
Guarantees higher gloss finishes, sophisticated effects and fine aesthetic results on various materials. The booths can handle water- or solvent-based coatings, and the entire line can be configured in manual, automatic or hybrid modes to facilitate part handling while maintaining flexibility in managing work cycles.
UV Coatings and Special Finishes
Wheeled carriers allow the position of automatic guns for dispensing liquid coating to be adjusted to the millimeter. The parts, loaded onto the automatic “floor” type conveyor, are put into rotation and led to the key processing areas, from ionization to UV curing.

Aluminum
Aluminum degreasing pretreatment takes place in dedicated facilities that operate with different technologies and processes from tunnels and washing booths for other materials.
Plastic
As with glass, industrial coating of plastic materials requires pretreatment by flaming to remove surface greasy oils, and baking in IR and UV ovens.
Glass
Industrial glass finishing involves a series of processes aimed at the aesthetic and functional treatment of the raw material, to be carried out in controlled environmental conditions.
Wood
Brushing and blowing are the required pretreatments. After liquid painting, the material is fired in a static oven at a low temperature.
