Hier kann das Pulver anschlie\u00dfend entsorgt oder f\u00fcr nachfolgende Lackierzyklen oder zur Nachbehandlung und zum Schutz von Bauteilen an nicht sichtbaren Stellen wiederverwendet werden (im Die Innenseite der Absaugwand und insbesondere der Bereich des Druckluftbeh\u00e4lters und der Patronen sind ebenfalls mit speziellen Schallschutzplatten ausgestattet, <span style=\"color: #f22821;\">um den L\u00e4rm zu minimieren <\/span>und eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dieses Material erm\u00f6glicht die problemlose Entfernung des Pulverlacks aus dem Kabineninneren und erleichtert somit einen <span style=\"color: #f22821;\">schnellen Farbwechsel<\/span>. Unsere Lackierkabinen sind mit einem Reinigungssystem mit Druckluftimpulsen ausgestattet, das Pulverablagerungen auf dem Boden der Kabine verhindert. <\/p>\n<p>Dieser Kabinentyp verf\u00fcgt in der Regel \u00fcber ein automatisches Lackiersystem, das aus einer Reihe von automatischen Pulverlackierpistolen besteht. ein Luftstrom f\u00fcr die Abscheidung des Pulverlacks von leichteren Verunreinigungen, die ausgesto\u00dfen und in der Filtereinheit gefiltert werden. der Filteranlage ist zudem ein <span style=\"color: #f22821;\">Sammelbeh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr die Pulverr\u00fcckgewinnung und -entsorgung<\/span> untergebracht. Letzterer kann auch durch eine<span style=\"color: #f22821;\"> Drehschleuse<\/span> ersetzt werden, die das gesamte Pulver beim Drehen direkt in einen Big Bag bef\u00f6rdert, wodurch Verstopfungen vermieden werden und eine schnelle Entsorgung gew\u00e4hrleistet ist.<\/p>\n<p>Der Hauptvorteil der externen Filtereinheit im Vergleich zur Absaugwand liegt in der <span style=\"color: #f22821;\">geringeren L\u00e4rmbelastung <\/span>durch die Isolierung der Filtereinheit in einem anderen Raum und in der einfacheren Wartung, Reinigung und Entleerung des Pulverr\u00fcckgewinnungsbeh\u00e4lters.<\/p>\n<p>Andererseits sind h\u00f6here Kosten f\u00fcr folgende Aspekte zu ber\u00fccksichtigen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Konstruktion und Montage, da zus\u00e4tzlich zur Filtereinheit ein Absauggitter in der Kabine und eine Reihe von Verbindungsleitungen installiert werden m\u00fcssen;<\/li>\n<li>Bewirtschaftung, da aufgrund der Entfernung der zus\u00e4tzlichen Leitungen ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Druckverlust entsteht, der durch eine h\u00f6here Leistung des Absaugger\u00e4ts kompensiert werden muss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden empfehlen wir die externe Filtereinheit haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr manuelle Pulverbeschichtungskabinen mit vertikalem Luftstrom und automatische Pulverbeschichtungskabinen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
