{"id":50665,"date":"2025-03-27T07:00:50","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T06:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/waermebehandlungsofen-fuer-linsen-in-der-automobilbranche\/"},"modified":"2025-06-13T15:48:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-13T13:48:38","slug":"waermebehandlungsofen-fuer-linsen-in-der-automobilbranche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurotherm.eu\/de\/waermebehandlungsofen-fuer-linsen-in-der-automobilbranche\/","title":{"rendered":"W\u00e4rmebehandlungsofen f\u00fcr Linsen in der Automobilbranche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\nF\u00fcr ein gro\u00dfes europ\u00e4isches Unternehmen, das auf <strong>Fahrzeugbeleuchtungssysteme<\/strong> spezialisiert ist, haben wir vor Kurzem einen W\u00e4rmebehandlungsofen installiert, der maximale Effizienz und Qualit\u00e4t bei der W\u00e4rmebehandlung von Linsen gew\u00e4hrleisten soll.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei handelt es sich um einen elektrisch beheizten Ofen, <strong>der 120 Teile gleichzeitig verarbeiten kann<\/strong>, eines pro Korb, und 1,5 Meter lange Linsen, die f\u00fcr Autos mit einer einzelnen R\u00fccklichtgruppe bestimmt sind.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts der L\u00e4nge des Bauteils und um der hohen Produktionsrate gerecht zu werden, die das Unternehmen fordert, weist der Ofen beachtliche Abmessungen auf: <strong>6 Meter Breite, 3 Meter L\u00e4nge und 7 Meter H\u00f6he.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess umfasst einen komplexen Ablauf: In der Ladephase werden die Linsen f\u00fcr die vorgesehene Dauer auf den Sollwert erhitzt, um dann in den <strong>Zwangsk\u00fchlungsbereich<\/strong> zu gelangen, wo sie sich stabilisieren, bevor sie in der Entladephase der Teile von den Bedienern gehandhabt werden.
