W\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sungen mit chemischen Zus\u00e4tzen werden auf das Werkst\u00fcck gespr\u00fcht, w\u00e4hrend es die verschiedenen Stufen des Tunnels \u00fcber einen Zweischienenh\u00e4ngef\u00f6rderer durchl\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende dieser Phase kommt das Werkst\u00fcck in den <strong>Ofen, um nach der Waschvorbehandlung getrocknet zu werden<\/strong>. Der Trocknungsofen besteht aus einer Behandlungskammer und einem W\u00e4rmeerzeuger. Letzterer wird von einem direkt befeuerten Gasbrenner mit Luftverbrennung gespeist, der einen um 95 % h\u00f6heren W\u00e4rmewiderstand als herk\u00f6mmliche indirekt befeuerte Brenner erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Abk\u00fchlung auf Raumtemperatur ist das Werkst\u00fcck bereit f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Lackierphase <strong>in der PVC-Kabine, die mit Hubger\u00e4ten und automatischen Pulverbeschichtungspistolen sowie einem schnellen Farbwechsel- und R\u00fcckgewinnungssystem ausgestattet ist<\/strong>. Das \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Pulver wird dann zur\u00fcckgewonnen und kontinuierlich in den Kreislauf zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt, wodurch der Farbabfall reduziert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich wird das pulverbeschichtete Werkst\u00fcck in den <strong>Aush\u00e4rtungsofen<\/strong> und dann bei Raumtemperatur in den <strong>K\u00fchltunnel<\/strong> transportiert, bevor es manuell vom automatischen F\u00f6rderband entladen wird.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vor kurzem haben wir eine automatische Pulverbeschichtungsanlage f\u00fcr Bawer gebaut, einen weltweit f\u00fchrenden Hersteller von Stahlkomponenten und -zubeh\u00f6r f\u00fcr den Automobil-, Medizin- und Museumsmarkt.
