Mini-painting plant inside a container

With a 20 foot shipping container you can… have a small powder coating plant! In this case it wasn't a lack of space: the company that turned to Eurotherm really needed to always have everything needed for painting at hand. The transportability of the system was the priority and for this reason we created this mini-system inside a standard naval container: painting anywhere is no longer so difficult. Delocalization, speed and functionality are the basis of this mini-painting plant composed of: - oven equipped with electric battery, - suction wall equipped with a small forepart and absolute filter, - elevated monorail for hanging and transporting pieces. For immediate use, two three-phase electrical connections are sufficient for a total of 20kW (including the thermal heating of the oven) and a connection for compressed air (necessary to carry out the self-cleaning of the dust cabin cartridges) and voilà… l the powder coating plant is served.

Immersion pre-treatment plant for tractor chassis

The tractor cab frames are like a labyrinth and arise from the combination of sheet metal, profiles, masks and millimetric technologies. For a company that is a leader in the global market and has been active since the early 1900s, we created an immersion pre-treatment plant ( dipping line ) for the pre-treatment of the chassis of earth-moving vehicles. The new pre-treatment plant, which replaces the old one which was dismantled, is developed in 12 stages to allow truly optimal pre-treatment.

If tires are the tractor's shoes, axles can be considered the legs of wheeled agricultural machinery. Today, in fact, technical progress has led to enriching the axles with steering systems and suspension devices with cutting-edge performance which makes them increasingly complex, while at the same time having to resist the considerable stresses due to the important loads supported, the irregularities of the agricultural soil and to the operator's requests. For a world-class company in the agricultural and construction machinery sector, Eurotherm recently built a 3-stage washing tunnel designed to replace an old and obsolete plant that was dismantled. With a total length of 45 meters and the ability to process parts at speeds of over 2 meters per minute , this new tunnel ensures unrivaled efficiency and precision in the tractor axle pre-treatment process.
